I feel like a child in a candy store as new to the market, is B Never Too Busy to be Beautiful's collection of Foundations, Cover Up’s and Tinted Moisturisers, designed exclusively for Black and Asian skin tones. Based on their best selling ranges the four brand new shades means there is now a colour match for every complexion.
Now then, I did mention that I felt like a child, so you can imagine my excitement when the lovely package dropped through my door! Desperate to see what it was like – I made the mistake of putting the tinted moisturiser over my extremely moisturised face. A few hours later, I was wondering why my face looked slightly shiny, when I realised it was packed full of amazing moisturising ingredients such as rose water, evening primrose oil, jojoba, avocado and almond oil. Doh!
So starting afresh the next day, and minus my moisturiser – I can safely say I was totally smitten and completely shine free! The Tinted Moisturiser (in the shade Brandy) helped to even out my skin tone and left my skin looking and feeling incredibly smooth and soft. It also left me with a nice glow to my skin, which on reading the info comes from a “magic pigment that sits on top of the skin reflecting the light and making lines and wrinkles appear less pronounced”. For anyone looking for heavier coverage – this won’t provide that, but I found that when combined with the Cover Up also in the shade Brandy, and used that over any scars - it gave me a nice light coverage without weighing down on my skin.
Drier skins will love this (my initial shine moment was because I have combination/ slightly oily skin) but I have since tried it out with a lighter hand on my moisturiser and with a bit of powder on top and it was great, so it would also work really well for those with oilier skin like mine. I also love that due to the blend of organic ingredients, it is very nutritive, healing and helps to repair scarring. Talk about packing a double whammy of goodness in one product.

P.s - I have been so enamored with the Tinted Moisturiser and the Cover Up that I haven’t tried the Foundation out yet. I will do soon, and will be posting another review.
