Beauty Review: Argan & Bergamot Organic Treatment Oil from Lucy Annabella Organics

Dry, Dull, Blah... those are the words I would use to describe the skin on my body as of late. So I decided to up the moisture ante with some daily dry skin brushing and a nourishing body oil alongside my usual body moisturiser.

My body oil of choice was the Argan & Bergamot Organic Treatment Oil from Lucy Annabella Organics (bit of a mouthful there I know). I picked up a few small bottles when I went to the Vitality Show a few months ago.

Lucy Annabella Organics Argan & Bergamot Oil

"9 indulgent 100% organic oils combine to create this reviving and intensely nourishing organic treatment oil. The hero aromatic ingredient Argan oil is rich in vitamin E leaving your skin deeply enriched and nourished without feeling greasy. Vitamin E infuses powerful antioxidants into your skin while Lemon, Bergamot, Lavender and Cypress awaken the body and revives the skin all day."
Oils:  Lemon essential oil, Bergamot essential oil, Lavender essential oil, Cypress essential oil, Soyabean oil, Sesame oil, Argan oil, Avocado oil, Apricot oil, Rapeseed oil, Rosemary extract
Price: £38 for 125ml

The packaging is so lovely! I love the light scent of lemon and bergamot - it gives it such a fresh fragrance making me feel so energised, awake and like I'm somewhere much warmer than the sunny shores of the UK! After application it absorbs quickly into my skin and my skin is left feeling soft without an oily sticky feel. I also don't need to wait to get dressed up which is a big plus.

Sadly it's a bit more than I would usually spend on a body oil but it moisturises really well and has such an uplifting fragrance, which is perfect for the mornings.

It has really helped to put the glow back into my skin and combining it with my normal moisturiser has meant that a little has gone a long way, however because of the price I would probably reserve it as an indulgent treat.
